At Serra Sol Memory Care in San Juan Capistrano, CApart of Agemark Senior Living , a Fortune Best Workplace for Aging Services were seeking an energetic and detail-driven Office Manager . In this role, you'll do more than just keep things organizedyoull help create a positive, welcoming environment where people feel supported and empowered.
What Youll Do

• Manage daily office operationstrack records, invoices, deposits, and essential paperwork
• Support staff with onboarding, benefits, and HR-related questions
• Help find and hire top talentpost jobs, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews
• Complete new hire paperwork, background checks, and ensure training is on track
• Maintain personnel files, stay on top of compliance, and assist with workers comp reporting
• Be a friendly, knowledgeable resource for residents, families, vendors, and team members
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years of office admin or HR support experience (preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and comfort using Microsoft Office 365
• A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
