What You’ll Be Doing
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you’ll:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in commercial HVAC systems
- Repair or replace faulty components to restore system functionality
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems
- Advise customers on necessary repairs, upgrades, and ongoing system care
- Communicate clearly with customers about service needs and value-added recommendations
- Build trusted relationships through exceptional service and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records and complete work orders
- Assist with related duties as needed to support our service operations
What You Bring to the Team
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in the commercial HVAC field
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, equipment, and service techniques
- Ability to interpret specifications, schematics, and technical drawings
- Physically able to lift/move heavy objects, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable with rotating on-call responsibilities
- Personal set of basic hand tools
Technical expertise in one or more of the following systems is a plus:
- Rooftop Units (RTUs)
- Chillers and Cooling Towers
- Heat Pumps and Hydronic Systems
- Air Conditioners and Geothermal Units
- Gas and Oil Furnaces/Boilers
