We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a team in Oakdale, Minnesota. Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Monitor and reconcile cash activity, ensuring proper allocation and documentation.
  • Utilize accounting software systems to maintain financial records and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address outstanding payments and improve collection processes.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing accounts receivable status and key metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all financial activities.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation for review.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounts receivable function.
