A well-established global organization headquartered in Irving, Texas is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Systems Analyst to support corporate financial planning processes across multiple entities and international offices. This opportunity is ideal for a highly analytical professional with a strong technical background in financial systems, particularly CCH Tagetik.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the business administrator for the corporate planning application (CCH Tagetik), overseeing metadata, ETL interface files, workflow, and system access.
- Lead the global annual planning cycle by setting timelines, coordinating communications, and supporting global FP&A teams.
- Partner with Finance and IT to analyze, test, and implement system enhancements, process improvements, and software updates.
- Troubleshoot and manage production issues, system defects, and enhancement requests in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.
- Maintain and develop financial reports, dashboards, and end-user training materials.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), change management procedures, and post-implementation support for all system updates.
- Align with Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate data synchronization during bi-annual system updates and financial close.
- Participate in global collaboration with finance professionals across different time zones.
- Occasionally work off-hours during critical financial close periods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting, or corporate accounting.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience administering financial planning or consolidation systems (e.g., CCH Tagetik).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
Preferred Skills
- Deep understanding of CCH Tagetik (Accounting and Planning modules).
- Familiarity with SAP ECC, S4 HANA, and Business Warehouse.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to FP&A team leadership or mentoring.
- Comfort with designing visually compelling financial presentations.
