Develop and maintain a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, and performance management. Foster a collaborative team environment where resources are empowered and accountable. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Deliver robust technical solutions and maintain service level commitments. Oversee technical correctness of engineering designs and documentation. Verify build activities and oversee hand-off of design solutions. Drive continuous improvement of processes and best practices. Evaluate and troubleshoot development and test environment issues. Define and track department performance metrics. Participate in strategic and financial planning processes. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Required Experience 7-10 years of relevant technology experience. 3-5+ years of people management experience with global teams. Demonstrated experience in influencing and leading teams without direct authority. Technical proficiency in EUC technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Jamf Pro, and others. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certifications preferred: ITIL Foundation. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
