Who You Are
You have three to five years' experience in handing billing, Accounts Receivable, or a comparable field. You're detail-oriented and organized, and take pride in producing quality work. You keep meticulous records and understand the importance of maintaining files. You're comfortable learning new software systems and have experience with the Microsoft Office suite (experience with SalesForce, DocuWare, Autotask, or Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus). You're comfortable with deadline pressure and don't need reminding from your supervisor to get your work done. You enjoy helping customers and have a pleasant demeanor on the phone. You love being part of a team and are a terrific communicator, both orally and in writing. You show up to work on time, looking professional.
What You'll Do

• Process and invoice statements for customer accounts, rentals, leases, and service agreements
• Process any customer hardware returns
• Accurately enter information for new customers in system and arrange for autopayment of invoices, where requested
• Create accounts in SalesForce
• Answer customer calls and emails and provide responses to customer questions
• Scan and file, both physically and digitally, billing and account credit information
• Process daily deposits and provide daily cash reports as needed

Job Type: Full-time, in-person
Pay: hourly, between $21-24/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM
