Summary and Purpose:

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will assume responsibility for generating quotes, processing orders, and actively participating in cross-functional teamwork with departments including Engineering, Production Control/Manufacturing, and Accounting. Success in this role hinges on your robust organizational and communication abilities, fostering a collaborative team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, and Accounting. Generate quotes for standard products and handle special product entries. Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed. STARTING WAGE:

$20-25/hour, depending on experience. Overtime pay after 40 hours. Approximate annual income: $41,600 - $53,700. SCHEDULE:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (negotiable) Normal shift: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime. Approximate weekly hours: 40-42 hours on average. What We Offer:

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of order entry and customer service experience. Strong computer and data entry skills. Detail-oriented, team player with effective communication skills. High School Diploma or GED. PREFERRED QUALITIES:

Prior experience in an order entry role within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with tool and die manufacturing.
