Sales Support Representative - Naval Defense Industry
BEC Machine Products is a leading manufacturer of precision components for the U.S. Navy. We're seeking a proactive and organized Sales Support Representative to assist with quoting, customer communications, and order coordination. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and values clear communication.
Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing customer quotes and processing purchase orders Communicate with clients regarding order status, timelines, and delivery Enter and manage order data using ERP systems and internal tools Work closely with production and purchasing to ensure order accuracy Maintain organized records of customer interactions and order details Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations
Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or manufacturing operations preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems a plus Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to multitask effectively Professional demeanor with a collaborative mindset
Compensation & Schedule Pay: $20-$25/hour (no commission) $41,600 - $52,000 annually Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off Work Location: On-site Non-compete agreement required
