We're looking for an
experienced and driven Sales Manager
to join our team at
Ewald Automotive Group . In this role, you'll oversee new or used vehicle sales operations, lead a high-performing sales team, and ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving strong business results.

Hire, train, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve maximum results Develop and execute strategies for new or used vehicle sales operations Set monthly sales goals and provide the support needed to achieve them Prepare annual forecasts and budgets for the department Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Maintain optimal staffing and scheduling for peak performance What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience managing new or used car sales operations General Motors experience preferred Strong understanding of market conditions and sales processes Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Valid driver's license
