Symbiotic Services is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and alignment with business objectives. This role involves implementing and managing HR programs, employee relations, payroll processes, and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and execute HR policies, workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Manage HR Generalists and Benefits Administrator. Provide HR counsel to management, ensuring decisions align with company culture. Analyze HR data and present reports for leadership decision-making. Ensure compliance with payroll, benefits, and employment laws. Administer performance management programs and employee morale initiatives. Lead or facilitate internal committees and HR-related special projects. Maintain HR documentation and employee records. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications & Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field with 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, benefits administration, and talent acquisition. Certifications: PHR/SPHR preferred. Skills: Strong leadership, employee relations, compliance knowledge, and ability to work cross-functionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software. Travel: 10-20% local travel, occasional evening/weekend commitments. Work Environment: Office setting with periodic visits to production facilities.
