Director of Human Resources
Lead the people strategy at one of the NFL's most dynamic venues! As Director of Human Resources, you will oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management. You will partner with leadership to foster a culture of excellence and inclusivity while ensuring Levy's HR practices support both our people and our business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws Experience with HRIS systems and talent management platforms Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs Advise management on employee relations and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Lead training and development initiatives for all staff levels Manage compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation processes At Levy, team = family.
