As Director of Human Resources, you will lead the charge on talent strategy, oversee compliance, and shape the employee experience across all departments. You will drive recruiting efforts, guide employee relations, and help create an inclusive workplace for everyone. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred Knowledge of employment law and labor compliance standards Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Ensure legal compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations Manage employee relations and conflict resolution Partner with leadership on performance management and succession planning Oversee training, engagement, and retention programs Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history (including relevant driving history), in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York Fair Chance Act.
