Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic marketing and public relations environment. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns. Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer issues promptly. Process and manage order entries efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date. Maintain a detail-oriented and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer experience. Document customer interactions and transactions in the system for record-keeping. Address any escalated issues with urgency and ensure a satisfactory resolution. Stay informed about company products and services to provide knowledgeable support. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings. Requirements: Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in order entry and related systems. Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with customer service software is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is an advantage.
