$48 per hour We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Marketing Specialist
Internal Communications
to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting internal communication efforts across the organization to promote transparency, engagement, and alignment with strategic business priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of content creation, strategic planning, and project management skills, along with the ability to deliver clear, engaging, and visually compelling communications. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of internal communication strategies that drive alignment and employee engagement Create branded content for various internal channels including email newsletters, SharePoint pages, PowerPoint presentations, and corporate announcements Develop preliminary communication plans and content packages to support cross-functional strategic initiatives Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather accurate and relevant information for communication materials Assist in the planning and execution of quarterly company-wide updates and internal events Maintain the editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging Measure communication effectiveness through engagement metrics and feedback, using data to inform improvements Provide coordination and communication support for internal events, employee engagement campaigns, and leadership communications Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related discipline Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign and Illustrator), and SharePoint Ability to translate complex business information into clear, engaging, and employee-friendly content A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling and visual communication Preferred Skills: Experience working within cross-functional teams Familiarity with corporate branding and tone of voice guidelines Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights This is a full-time position offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities to contribute to meaningful internal initiatives that shape company culture and engagement.
