Field Marketing Event Manager

to support its expanding enterprise-focused presence across North America, with a particular focus on the United States. This contract position will report to the Global Field Marketing Lead and requires deep expertise in

field marketing strategy

and

event execution . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience planning and executing in-person and hybrid events that engage enterprise decision-makers and support complex sales cycles. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong operational skills and a passion for delivering high-impact marketing programs. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute in-person and hybrid events across the US, including executive roundtables, regional workshops, trade shows, and customer-facing activations Own all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, audio/visual coordination, and registration workflows Develop field marketing initiatives in collaboration with sales, including regional campaigns and account-focused programs Manage budgets, track expenses, and deliver events on time and within financial guidelines Partner with sales teams to identify strategic opportunities, align on objectives, and ensure event ROI Ensure all event content and experiences are aligned with enterprise customer needs and regional market expectations Oversee lead capture, follow-up processes, and post-event reporting Maintain consistent program execution through documentation and event playbooks Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and local partners to deliver high-quality experiences Track and analyze KPIs to inform ongoing event strategy Qualifications 8+ years of experience in B2B event marketing and field execution, with a focus on the US market Proven track record of delivering events that influence enterprise-level sales pipelines Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs across regions and time zones Expertise in logistics, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Deep understanding of US enterprise market dynamics and buying cycles Strong experience with event tech platforms, lead capture tools, and CRM integration Ability to manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations across US regions Comfortable traveling approximately 40% of the time Preferred Experience Background in supporting complex technical product marketing (e.g., AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise software) Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and sales-aligned marketing tactics Experience executing hybrid and virtual event formats Additional Details Contract role with potential for extension based on business needs Remote-based within the US; preference for candidates located in or near major metro areas such as New York City Travel required for event execution, onsite coordination, and internal meetings (approx. 40%)
