Sales & Marketing Strategist

Symbiotic Services is seeking a Sales & Marketing Strategist to drive success for our partners and optimize sales, marketing, and merchandising efforts. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Sales, this role involves providing operational support, managing key accounts, spearheading market-driven projects, and assisting with new product development. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to enhance sales processes, evaluate metrics, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Primary Responsibilities: Provide operational support to the sales team, including data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and financial reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales initiatives. Manage strategic retailer accounts, serving as the primary liaison. Ensure all pre-sales documentation and agreements are completed. Support merchandising projects and new product development. Lead vendor meetings and ensure timely execution of production. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales with marketing campaigns. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions. Passion for sales and merchandising in high-end furniture, fashion, or interior design industries. Account management experience (1-2 years) is a plus. Experience with Oracle preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Effort: Operation of computer, keyboard, and phone. Daily standing, walking, and stooping.
