Symbiotic Services is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Lead to join a growing marketing team. This individual will drive the execution of content marketing efforts, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging within the B2B furniture market. The role focuses on developing premium content across various channels and creatively telling the brand story in socially relevant and engaging ways. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative direction, project management skills, and an eye for quality in content execution. Bonus points for additional creative skills such as photography, videography, editing, design, or copywriting. Primary Responsibilities: Develop and execute content strategy aligned with brand positioning and messaging. Lead creation of content for the website, email campaigns, social media, and marketing materials. Understand product, brand, and customer needs to create compelling content. Analyze content performance and refine strategy accordingly. Engage with the brand's community on social channels. Stay informed on content and industry trends, particularly in interior design and high-end furniture. Monitor relevant social media activity to identify potential partnerships and inspiration. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: 12 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications. Strong aesthetic sense, with examples of past work or inspiration. Ability to adopt and maintain a brand voice distinct from personal style. Proven process for developing and executing cross-channel content strategies. Creative mindset with skills that enhance content creation. Passion for storytelling and generating unexpected narratives. Interest or experience in the interior design/furniture industry. Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. Familiarity with social media CMS and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Additional skills in creative production (e.g., video, photography, writing, design) are valued. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Strong portfolio of content work or inspiration showing personal creative perspective. Experience with content management systems and editing tools preferred. Excellent storytelling, organization, and collaboration skills. This is primarily an in-office role with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
