Call Center Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. This onsite role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for assisting others. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls, providing exceptional service to customers while maintaining accurate records in our systems. Call Center Representative Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests related to products or services. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Update and maintain customer information in various databases. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time (AHT), quality assurance (QA) scores, and schedule adherence. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Call Center Representative Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work onsite 5 days a week. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems. Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required. Bilingual is preferred. Work Environment: Onsite position, requiring daily attendance at the office. Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
