Position: Office Assistant ASAP Location: Tampa, FL Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team as soon as possible. Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and professionally. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for team members and management. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. File and maintain records, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date. Support team members with administrative tasks, including data entry and correspondence. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant are a plus. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role. Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with various office equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Benefits
