Identify opportunities for service improvements and make recommendations. Assist in training new customer service representatives as needed. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Ability to handle difficult situations and customers with professionalism.
