The superintendent will oversee all phases of construction for a high-rise adaptive reuse project, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing on-site crews and subcontractors, coordinating schedules, enforcing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with building codes, and serving as the primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing high-rise construction projects and a strong working knowledge of building codes. They will be an organized, detail-oriented leader who can effectively coordinate subcontractors, maintain tight schedules, uphold safety standards, and communicate clearly with all project stakeholders.
