Commercial Masonry Superintendent
Location: Greater Charleston, SC Relocation: Assistance available for the right candidate Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $80,000$110,000 (paid weekly) (negotiable based on experience) Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance: $600$800/month Health Benefits: 100% employer-paid for employee 401(k) Key Requirements: Must have Load-Bearing CMU experience (non-negotiable) 5+ years in commercial masonry 1+ year as a superintendent Procore proficiency preferred (or must be willing to learn
all processes are digital) OSHA 30 is a plus Clean background Strong and stable job history
no job hoppers Project Types: CMU-type commercial buildings Schools Government facilities (e.g., Coast Guard) Precast / Veneer Structures requiring seismic/earthquake compliance Retrofit to brand new construction Hospitals, clinics, clean rooms, scan rooms, CP rooms, infusion rooms, data rooms, surgery rooms, office suites, power plants, parking decks/lots Responsibilities: Ensure site safety, daily inspections, scaffolding readiness Lead toolbox talks, safety documentation, and jobsite prep Coordinate with GCs and manage subcontracted labor Attend meetings, maintain daily reports, and preplan work weeks ahead Review drawings and ensure build quality Manage paperwork, permitting, and jobsite logistics Culture & Work Environment: Family-owned and family-first company
