As a key member, you'll influence company-wide initiatives and help drive operational excellence. What You'll Do
Lead financial planning, analysis, and modeling to inform growth targets and business strategies. Manage and enhance financial control structures, mitigating risks and ensuring reporting transparency. Prepare and present complex financial results to senior leadership, addressing key business questions. Develop business cases, forecasts, and scenario models for executive decision-making. Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a culture of performance and belonging. What You'll Bring
Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and business case development. Expertise in implementing and managing internal financial controls and risk mitigation. Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to executives and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated leadership in developing talent and building high-performing teams. Ability to adapt to change, drive continuous improvement, and support company values. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area. 1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects. 1 year's supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications
