Connected Planning and play a key role in shaping the future of financial planning and business optimization across the organization. As part of the Connected Planning team, you will help create a seamless, end-to-end planning experience that supports strategic goals and enhances decision-making across merchandising, operations, ecommerce, membership, and supply chain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can move between strategic thinking and operational execution, and has strong financial and analytical acumen. You'll work cross-functionally with finance, data, product, and business partners to deliver innovative planning capabilities powered by technology, including machine learning and GenAI. Have strong financial acumen Are highly organized Are energized by complex problems Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and resilience Are an effective communicator and collaborator Bring a continuous improvement mindset Have a passion for enabling others Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 35 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business operations 1+ years of experience working on cross-functional initiatives or projects Experience using planning tools or analytics platforms is a plus Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders Experience working in Agile or product-led environments is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience in a large, matrixed organization Exposure to transformation or change management efforts Familiarity with Connected Planning principles and technology Experience implementing or managing Connected Planning platforms Understanding of GenAI or ML-based forecasting tools Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders Industry experience in retail, supply chain, or membership-based business models Master's degree or MBA is a plus At Sam's Club, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet! Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
