Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a high performing, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team and support daily operations aligned with our company culture and strategic goals. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with employment laws and delivering key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate must have prior experience handling employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution. Work hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Weekend days occasionally Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility. Lead new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. Administer benefits enrollment, leave of absence, and workplace accommodations. Support performance management, corrective actions, and employee investigations. Maintain and utilize HRIS systems (e.g., iSolved) for data accuracy and reporting. Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, and federal/state employment laws. Deliver training sessions and support employee development programs. Collaborate with leadership on compensation reviews and internal promotions. Promote a positive work environment aligned with our "Win From Within" culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus. Must have prior experience in employee relations, including handling investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly desirable. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and conflict resolution. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10-20 lbs occasionally.
