Environmental Reviewer

We are seeking an Environmental Sr Reviewer to lead technical reviews and sign off on Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge in geology, environmental science, or engineering. The candidate must be detail-oriented, experienced with equity and lender ESAs, and capable of mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities include conducting technical reviews and sign-offs as an Environmental Professional (EP) on Phase I ESAs, coordinating with junior staff during the Phase I ESA process, communicating findings with clients effectively, managing research, field activities, and report preparation, mentoring and guiding junior staff, developing conclusions and recommendations based on findings, interpreting data and information accurately, reviewing and revising reports prepared by junior staff, and preparing comprehensive technical reports for clients.

Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or a related science field. + 5-10 years of experience performing Phase I ESAs. + 5-10 years or more of experience in technically reviewing and providing sr sign-off on Phase I ESAs. + Experience in preparing equity purchase Phase I ESAs. + Experience in preparing Lender Phase I ESAs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong communication skills. + Detail-oriented with the ability to mentor junior staff. + Experienced in geology, environmental science, or engineering.

Work Environment This position can be hybrid if local to Moorestown, NJ, or fully remote with 5-10% travel. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
