Nalu is seeking an experienced, dynamic and strategic marketing leader in high-growth, complex industries, including medical devices, healthcare. This role demands a versatile marketer who can lead go-to-market strategies, sales enablement initiatives, and integrated communications to drive commercial success across global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
Lead the planning and execution of product launches and market expansion efforts, translating clinical data and product features into compelling value propositions for healthcare providers, patients, and commercial teams. - Sales Enablement:
Develop and deploy comprehensive sales tools, training programs, and digital platforms to support global field teams. Improve new hire onboarding, streamline selling processes, and drive consistency across territories. - Commercial Data Strategy:
Design and implement strategies to transform real-world data into effective commercial assets. Create impactful narratives that support the clinical and economic value of the product. - Integrated Marketing Communications:
Develop global marketing communications plans including branding, digital media, public relations, and content development. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Sales, Clinical, and external agencies. - Lifecycle & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the commercial voice across the product lifecycle, from launch through maturity. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external KOLs to align messaging, product development, and market needs. - Digital Innovation & Tools:
Launch and manage proprietary commercial platforms (e.g., apps, internal podcasts) that support continuous sales training and knowledge transfer. Evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles within healthcare, Med Tech, or similar regulated industries
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field
- Proven track record of successful product launches and market development
- Expertise in translating complex clinical concepts into commercial messaging
- Demonstrated leadership in building integrated sales and marketing programs
- Strong project management, writing, and public speaking skills
- Proficient with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Collaborative team player with a high sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience with neuromodulation or spinal cord stimulation (SCS) devices
- Background in developing physician and patient education campaigns
- Global marketing experience, including launching products in North America
- Familiarity with commercial applications for remote monitoring or digital therapeutics
Pay Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
