FP&A Analyst Role
Under limited supervision, responsible for FP&A functions within the US SBU, including complex modeling, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc analyses.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
- Five years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of utility financial statements.
- Regulatory accounting experience, preferably Ohio-based.
- Project leadership ability.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- CPA or MBA preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate findings.
- Analyze operating results and develop commentary.
- Forecast results and identify key inputs.
- Communicate financial results to leadership.
- Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Support decision-making with financial insights.
- Manage cost analysis and performance comparisons.
