We're looking for a results-oriented FP&A Analyst to help modernize and scale budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders to develop insights that drive performance and help shape long-term decisions. You'll gain exposure to executive-level reporting while having a direct impact on operations across the company.
What You'll Do:
- Support budgeting and forecasting for capital and operating expenses with a focus on improving budget accuracy and visibility
- Drive recurring analytics on revenue trends, cost of sales, headcount planning, and margin performance
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools using Power BI, Power Query, Excel Macros, and Oracle EPM
- Partner with field teams and internal departments to understand key performance drivers and deliver actionable insights
- Assist with KPI development, financial reporting packages, and executive board materials
- Take initiative on modernizing FP&A systems and processes, including forecasting and budget tools
- Provide ad hoc analyses that inform special projects, system upgrades, and strategic initiatives
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred but not required)
- 5--8+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in FP&A or business analytics
- Ability to connect data to decision-making and explain financial concepts to non-finance partners
- Experience using EPM (FCCS, EPBCS) and ERP platforms
- Advanced Excel skills; hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Comfort working with large data sets and building scalable reporting systems
- Proactive mindset and strong attention to detailsomeone who identifies gaps and drives improvements
