ITT Position Summary
The PRO Service finance position has financial responsibility for the multiple PRO businesses. Each of these businesses are accounted for as individual profit centers with their own P&L and balance sheet. These relatively small individual businesses operate with a lean infrastructure that demands a hands-on approach across a wide array of financial responsibilities. This position must ensure the accuracy and integrity of the underlying systems and processes and ensure compliance with all related rules, regulations and Company policies (legal, tax, SOX, FCPA, USGAAP, etc.). The position provides local financial support to each operation including general accounting, general ledger and balance sheet reconciliation, cost accounting, reporting, financial planning and analysis, billing, credit and collections, payroll and treasury requirements as necessary. The position is primarily accountable for all financial activities within the operations, and is considered a business partner to each operational team. Position is responsible for performing monthly closing procedures including monitoring financial results, analyzing variances and maintaining complete balance sheet ownership and responsibility. This finance position is a critical provider of all applicable information to the NA PRO Controller.
Essential Responsibilities
- Functional responsibilities include General Accounting and Reporting, FP&A, Compliance and Control, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Accounting A/R billing and collections and time tracking and reporting
- Ensure adequacy of financial controls including compliance with all SOX and related control requirements, company policies, tax and statutory regulations.
- General Primarily responsible for maintaining the general accounting functions at an operating unit level. Completion of financial statements, compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts, maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers. Ensure completeness and accuracy of local financial records including general ledger and related reports
- Month End duties Closing general ledger accounts monthly, balance sheet reconciliations, monthly accruals and adjusting entries for all three operations. Analyze Trial balance for accuracy and completeness of transactions and financial reporting to local management
- Reporting Preparing daily orders and sales reports and monthly financial statements and reports.
- Meet all applicable reporting deadlines
- Vantage ensuring the accuracy of information coming from the Vantage job costing system
- Inventory Periodic reports and analysis, physical inventory counts and reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable Customer invoicing, milestone billing, verifying invoice with contract and purchase order requirements, supporting FRC with collections, taking an active role of communicating between sales department, facility manager, FRC, and customer to resolve invoicing issues and requirements.
- Payroll Maintain Payroll system, Time and Attendance, vacation and holiday time. Prepare submittal every other week with proper documentation, verify management approvals.
- Continually challenge and improve business and accounting systems and processes
- Prepare annual operating plans and budgets for each of the operations
- Perform financial analysis, capital and lease evaluations (PARs) and special projects
- Ad Hoc Reporting as requested by department, manager, or employee.
Position Requirements
EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years in financial accounting role with wide range of related responsibilities

Equal Pay Act Range
Pay between $78,200.00 and $116,800.00 includes benefits and incentive bonus.
