Financial Analyst Opportunity
We are working with a respected client seeking a detail-oriented financial analyst to join their finance team. This role will support strategic decision-making through in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts across departments.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Create and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Partner with business units to support operational and strategic planning.
- Build and enhance financial models for scenario analysis and performance tracking.
- Analyze key financial metrics and prepare presentations for executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- 25+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Experience in budgeting and forecasting in a mid-to-large corporate environment.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
