We are working with a respected client seeking a detail-oriented financial analyst to join their finance team. This role will support strategic decision-making through in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts across departments.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Create and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Partner with business units to support operational and strategic planning.
  • Build and enhance financial models for scenario analysis and performance tracking.
  • Analyze key financial metrics and prepare presentations for executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • 25+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting in a mid-to-large corporate environment.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
  • Proven track record of supporting business decision-making through analysis.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for tasks requiring attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • In-depth understanding of financial systems, institutions, and industry best practices.
