Unit Details: 36 beds, goal ratios 1:4 (may go to 1:5), interdisciplinary support, oncology and med-surg cases &##128338; Schedule: Days/Nights rotating or straight nights (3x12s) &##128198; Scheduling: Self-scheduling, no block scheduling &##127958;?
