Description The Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) Operation is central to Leidos' extensive range of integrated security solutions for aviation, ports, borders, and critical infrastructure across the globe. With over 24,000 products deployed in 120 countries, our operation is equipped to combat emerging threats through the rapid development of innovative solutions. Candidates must be prepared to travel to various customer sites both domestically and internationally as required. SES consists of three divisions tailored to our customers' needs: Aviation Solutions Ports & Borders Global Services Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer support by installing, modifying, and repairing advanced equipment and systems. Perform on-site installations and conduct testing of equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Diagnose equipment start-up issues and implement corrective actions effectively. Complete work assignments with provided instructions while adhering to established guidelines and policies. Engage in semi-routine tasks, demonstrating the ability to identify deviations from accepted practices. Efficiently manage resources, maintain schedules, and prioritize repair tasks to meet contracted service level agreements (SLAs). Adapt to 24/7 customer environments, requiring immediate response times for urgent situations during or outside regular shifts. Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU to accept and update work orders for our customers. Basic Qualifications: Experience in a related trade (electrical, electronic, mechanical) or military training with equivalent field service experience of 2 years. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems. Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork. Willingness to travel at short notice and to pass a thorough background check (TSA eQIP). Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional customer service skills and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations effectively. Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable with a strong sense of initiative. Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs and push/pull 200 lbs, as well as maneuver equipment weighing up to 1000 lbs with assistance. Comfortable working in various physical positions and adhering to safety precautions in challenging environments. Salary Range:
