In this fulfilling position, you will have the opportunity to treat a wide range of mental health conditions utilizing various evidence-based treatment approaches. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough screenings and assessments for mental health and substance abuse disorders. Deliver effective treatment for mental health conditions utilizing methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other established techniques. Systematically monitor treatment responses and track patients for any changes in clinical symptoms or side effects. Maintain precise and current electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) in your state of practice. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of post-master's professional experience in providing behavioral health services. Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficiency in using computers for professional communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, and EHRs). Compensation varies based on factors like local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
