You will provide essential behavioral and mental health treatments through individual and group therapy settings. Your Key Responsibilities: Build strong provider-patient relationships while coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. Conduct comprehensive outpatient psychiatric evaluations. Contribute to the training of our graduate students, enriching their educational experience. Screen and assess patients for prevalent mental health and substance abuse disorders. Deliver therapeutic interventions for a wide range of mental health challenges, utilizing methods like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and various evidence-based techniques. Monitor treatment response systematically, tracking changes in clinical symptoms and side effects. Engage in community presentations and educational lectures to represent our practice. Maintain precise and current electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring all regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications: A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) suitable for practice. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of clinical or social work experience post-Master's degree. Experience offering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficient in computer-based professional communication and medical documentation, including Excel, Outlook, and Athena RMS (or other EHRs). A proven ability to work effectively both independently and in team settings. The salary range for this position is $59,500 to $116,600 annually, reflecting full-time employment. Compensation is influenced by several factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group adheres to all minimum wage regulations as applicable.
