Overview:
As a Retail Sales Associate (Mobile Associate), you will be an integral part of our retail team, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life. As brand ambassadors, we create energy and excitement around our innovative products and services while fostering deep connections with our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment where technology, customer needs, and retail experiences continuously evolve. This role is designed for you to build skills and prepare for advancement as a Mobile Expert. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and build loyalty through personalized experiences. Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Engage with customers to identify their individual needs and offer hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Provide personalized solutions, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices. Maintain composure, integrity, and compassion while addressing sales and service needs. Utilize digital tools to showcase T-Mobile's extensive coverage and services. Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, skills, processes, and resources. Collaborate with T-Mobile staff across all channels to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly. Participate in team initiatives and contribute to an inclusive environment. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (Required). At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail (Required). Passion for advocacy and connecting with customers genuinely (Required). Proven competitive drive and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment (Required). A collaborative spirit to work alongside peers and leaders, sharing ideas while serving customers (Required). Effective at balancing customer needs with performance goals (Required). Additional Information: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation:
Base pay of $19.00 per hour, plus $5.00 per hour during training. After the initial 90 days, Associates can earn an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year based on performance. Benefits:
