Caring. Connecting. Growing together. Primary Responsibilities: Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders. Deliver treatment for mental health conditions using evidence-based methods including cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy. Track treatment responses systematically and monitor clinical symptoms or side effects. Maintain up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation to comply with regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications: A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. A clear and active license (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) in your state of practice. Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of professional experience post-master's degree in behavioral health services. Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficiency in computer use for communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, EHR systems). A strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The salary range for this position is $59,500 to $116,600 annually, depending on various factors such as local labor markets and individual qualifications.
