Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough screenings and assessments for mental health and substance abuse disorders. Deliver evidence-based treatment for mental health issues using approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Monitor treatment responses systematically and keep track of any changes in clinical symptoms or treatment effects. Maintain detailed and accurate electronic medical records while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related counseling discipline. Active and unrestricted independent license to practice in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW). Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in behavioral health services post-master's degree. Experience providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families. The salary range for this position is between $59,500 and $116,600 annually based on full-time employment, taking into account factors like local labor markets and individual qualifications.
