Your work will involve providing behavioral and mental health treatments through individual and group therapy, as well as intensive outpatient programs. Your Primary Responsibilities Include: Building strong provider-patient relationships and coordinating care with external providers Conducting outpatient psychiatric evaluations Mentoring and training graduate students to enrich their experience Screening and assessing patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders Delivering treatment using evidence-based methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy Monitoring treatment response and observing changes in clinical symptoms and potential side effects Representing the practice in community presentations and lectures Maintaining accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation to comply with regulatory requirements We recognize and reward performance, providing you with an environment that not only challenges you but also offers clear paths to success and development in other roles you may wish to pursue. Caring. Connecting. Growing Together. The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is influenced by various factors, including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
