About the Role:
Join our team as a skilled Digital Solutions Developer, where you'll have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement innovative business solutions utilizing the full capabilities of the Microsoft Power Platform. We are looking for a passionate individual who can partner with business stakeholders to create scalable, data-driven applications, reports, and portals that enhance operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) integrated with Dataverse. Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate. Build insightful and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Create and maintain Dataverse data models, tables, and relationships. Integrate solutions across Microsoft 365 and other business systems as needed. Implement governance, security roles, and best practices across all Power Platform components. Document technical specifications, workflows, and support materials. Provide end-user support and training on Power Platform solutions. Required Qualifications: BS degree and 2+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's degree with less than 2 years of experience. US citizenship required. Proven experience developing solutions using all major components of the Microsoft Power Platform. Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, data modeling, and security. Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within Power Platform environments. Proficiency in Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience leveraging Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for security and access. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration, including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on professional experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Power FX, JavaScript, custom connectors, or Azure services. Experience building Power Pages portals or equivalent web-based front-end solutions. The Leidos pay range for this job level is $67,600.00 - $122,200.00. This range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation.
