The BOA primarily provides essential administrative support and is crucial to building a positive client experience. Your role will include: Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. Contributing to annual business planning to help develop strategies for growth. Listening actively to clients for signs that they may need additional services. Driving marketing efforts by planning and executing events.
