Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented
Supply Chain Analyst
to support operational capacity planning and network optimization efforts. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, analyzing large data sets, and maintaining internal documentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop insights and support data-driven decision-making across supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze capacity, inventory, and planning data to identify trends and areas for improvement Design scalable solutions to address network challenges and inefficiencies Streamline operational processes and reduce systemic waste Maintain and update internal documentation for team reference and training Communicate findings and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
in Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Operations, or related field 5+ years
of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or supply chain operations Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(advanced modeling and analytics) Intermediate proficiency in
SQL Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and data analysis skills Experience with
inventory management
and handling complex data sets Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field Prior experience in data center or high-volume operations environment Experience with supply chain tools such as
SAP ,
Blue Yonder ,
AWS Supply Chain Tools Familiarity with data visualization tools such as
Power BI
or
Tableau Previous experience working in a large-scale, tech-driven organization

End-to-end project completion Inventory overage reduction Adherence to service level commitments Proactive problem-solving aligned with leadership principles: Dive Deep, Deliver Results, Think Big, Bias for Action
