Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST Pay rate:
$25-$29/hr
Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate waste. Analyze operational challenges and design data-driven solutions for network optimization. Maintain and update internal documentation for training and knowledge sharing. Leverage advanced modeling techniques to forecast and plan supply chain capacity. Create dashboards and reports to communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation/Supply Chain, Operations, Mathematics, or related field. Strong mathematical, logical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and SQL for data analysis. Experience as an analyst or academic focus in data-driven problem solving. Understanding of systems and configuration management principles.
Nice to have: Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline. Previous experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or retail operations (5–8 years). Experience handling large, complex datasets and presenting results to senior leadership. Proficiency with supply chain software (SAP, BlueYonder, AWS Supply Chain tools) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
