Position Overview In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to presenting qualified candidates to our internal teams. Your efforts will directly support our clients’ hiring needs while helping people reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and culture fit Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Present candidate profiles to Client Managers for customer submission Conduct reference checks and verify employment and credentials Extend and negotiate job offers Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs Stay informed on market trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with team members to achieve hiring goals and targets Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in customer service or a professional office setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Results-driven with a focus on achieving hiring targets Preferred Qualifications Degree in business or related field Prior recruiting experience, especially in the staffing industry Experience with Google Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or similar credential Work Environment & Schedule Full-time, year-round position Primarily office-based with flexibility depending on organizational needs Regular use of a computer and phone for communication and data entry May require occasional travel for meetings or recruitment events
