Our client, the CEO of a highly regarded and mission-driven network of charter schools in New York City, is seeking a top-tier Executive Personal Assistant to support her in both professional and personal matters. This individual will play a critical role in helping the CEO manage a demanding schedule, serve as a liaison to key internal and external stakeholders, and handle a variety of high-priority initiatives with discretion and excellence. The ideal candidate has supported a high -level C-Suite executive or CEO with 15-20 years of experience. Candidates with long- term relationships with the same principal highly desired. This is a full-time, in-person role based on the Upper West Side/Harlem. About the Job Manage the CEO’s complex calendar; prioritize and schedule meetings with key stakeholders, staff, and board members as well as coordinate speaking engagements Handle logistics for internal meetings, school visits, and external events; take notes and track follow-up as needed Coordinate all travel, including detailed itineraries Support planning of board meetings, donor events, and community engagement initiatives Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal teams, parents, educators, and external partners Oversee personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing household vendors, and errands Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times handling sensitive information with discretion Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise About You 15 + years supporting a high-level executive C-Suite executive/CEO: preferably supporting a HNW or UHNW principal in an office. Highly organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Emotionally intelligent, with excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through Comfortable supporting both professional and personal needs of a busy executive Tech-savvy and highly proficient in Microsoft Office Deep respect for education and alignment with the organization’s mission A warm engaging personality; a collaborative team player with a no-job too-small attitude Competitive salary and discretionary Bonus, Comprehensive health benefits
