A HNW Founder/CEO of a highly successful executive search firm with a satellite office in Miami, is seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who has an entrepreneurial spirit, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly manage both business and personal affairs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting a HNW principal, with outstanding organizational, research, and project management skills. This is a hybrid position, 3-4 days in the office depending on what is going on and if the CEO is traveling. About the Job: Be the “right hand” to the CEO as a true gatekeeper, handling complex calendar management, prioritizing meetings and appointments, and handling communications on his behalf, personal and professional Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, personal and professional Conduct research on clients, prospects, and market opportunities Prepare materials and manage all logistics for board meetings and high-level client meetings Manage a wide range of personal tasks, including errands, property oversight, and other personal matters, car maintenance, etc Handle office administrative duties for the Miami satellite office, ensuring smooth daily operations Oversee special projects, from professional initiatives to personal undertakings, ensuring timely completion and exceptional quality About You: Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Personal Assistant to a HNW principal or C-Suite executive Bachelor’s Degree preferred Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with discretion, efficiency, and impeccable attention to detail Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly resourceful, proactive, and adept at anticipating needs without frequent reminders Warm, poised, and professional with a team- oriented mentality and a true understanding of the lifestyle and expectations of a HNW individual Compensation: Base salary plus discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits package.
