Executive Personal Assistant to Principal, High-End Boutique Fashion Company, New York, New York /Hybrid
Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below. __________________________________________________________________________ Our client, the entrepreneurial HNW CEO of a high-end fashion company—essentially a well-funded start-up—is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to serve as her “right hand.” This is a hybrid role for a candidate living in the New York City metro area, with the ability to meet at the CEO’s home office in NYC a few times a week and handle occasional errands. An interest in fashion is helpful. About the Job: Manage a complex and ever-changing personal and professional calendar, including meetings, events, and deadlines. Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, domestic and international, personal and professional. Provide light property management for the CEO’s home in the Hamptons, liaising with vendors and ensuring upkeep. Act as gatekeeper, prioritizing emails, calls, and requests, and responding on the CEO’s behalf when appropriate. Support special projects, including fashion-related initiatives, events, and collaborations. Run personal errands, place orders, and manage online purchases. Track expenses and prepare both personal and professional expense reports. Assist with implementing workflow process improvements, including exploring and applying AI tools for efficiency. Use Google Suite, Slack, and other digital tools to maintain organized systems for information and communication. About You: Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a busy, high-profile executive in both personal and professional matters; start-up or entrepreneurial environment experience a plus. An interest in fashion a PLUS Bachelor’s degree preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Mature, resourceful, and capable of working independently with discretion and sound judgment. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite and Slack; interest in AI tools and process optimization. Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities seamlessly. Warm, polished, and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Compensation:
