Business Intelligence Engineer - Data Analytics & Insights We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to drive strategically important operational and technical initiatives through advanced analytics, reporting, and insights. This role will work closely with product managers, program managers, vendor managers, finance, and engineering teams to architect end-to-end BI solutions, automate workflows, and deliver impactful business intelligence in a high-visibility, high-impact environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Tableau (or Quicksight), and AWS, combined with an analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. This is a collaborative, fast-paced role with direct influence on strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions including dataset creation, ETL pipelines, metadata management, custom logic, and visualization tools. Build new reporting capabilities to support business reviews, deep-dive analysis, and emerging strategy efforts. Enhance auditing tools to identify system gaps and create scalable solutions that improve business operating leverage. Develop insights-oriented dashboards in Tableau or Quicksight to enhance workflows for diverse stakeholder groups. Partner with cross-functional teams to create an intelligence roadmap focused on automation, scalability, and business productivity. Deliver data-driven recommendations to challenge existing processes and improve execution efficiency. Maintain a knowledge repository of BI processes and data intelligence for reference across the organization. Support system migrations, data type transitions, and metadata application layer development to improve data upkeep and quality. Top Required Skills SQL / Python / Tableau (or Quicksight)

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience developing queries, scripts, dashboards, and automation solutions. Large-Scale Data Management

- 2-5 years working with complex datasets, including data architecture, cleaning, transformation, and optimization. Statistics, Programming, & Marketing Analytics

- Academic or professional background in using statistical methods to support business decisions (Master's degree preferred). Skills & Experience Required Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred). 4-6 years of experience in SQL, Python, Tableau/Quicksight. 2-5 years of experience managing large-scale, complex datasets. Strong working knowledge of AWS (Redshift, Glue, Andes). Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Strong ownership mindset, initiative, and curiosity to drive business results. Ability to decompose business requirements into analytical plans and deliver actionable insights. Preferred: Statistical analysis experience and familiarity with AWS data tools. Why This Role?
