Your Role and Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong provider-patient alliances while coordinating care with external providers. Conduct thorough outpatient psychiatric evaluations. Screen and assess patients for various mental health and substance abuse disorders. Provide counseling services to individuals, families, and couples. Utilize treatment methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy for a range of mental health conditions. Ensure accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation using Athena, adhering to all regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. Active and unrestricted license (LMSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of Michigan. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of professional experience in social work or clinical settings post-Master's degree. Direct experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Experience working with children and adolescents. Familiarity with medical documentation software (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or other EHRs). Ability to work independently and collaboratively with effectiveness. The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors including local labor markets, education, and work experience. Join Us:
