General knowledge of how to prepare a settlement statement and balancing a file with lender instructions and funding. Note, these are residential files, not commercial. Experience as a Closer from a law firm is highly preferred.
Maintain communication with all parties, ensuring the sale adheres to company policies and regulations. Ordering title searches, preparing title policies, and resolving property tax issues. Softpro experience is a plus but not required.
